A good agreement does not rely on assumptions. Before buying, receiving or carrying an item, both people should understand exactly what will happen and keep a written record in their EnTuVuelta conversation.
The seven points to agree on
- Item: name, quantity, specifications, photographs and condition.
- Purchase responsibility: who buys it and who advances the money.
- Amounts: item price, expenses, reward, total and currency.
- Payment: when, how and to whom each payment will be made.
- Inspection: how the traveler will check the contents and whether they are permitted.
- Delivery: a public location, date, time and way to confirm receipt.
- Cancellation: what happens if the trip changes, the item is unavailable or either person withdraws.
Warning signs to stop
Do not proceed if you are asked to carry a sealed package or unknown contents, share passwords or codes, hide information from an authority, change the agreement outside the platform or act with unjustified urgency.
If something does not add up, cancel the process, keep the conversation and use the reporting and blocking options.
At the handoff
Choose a busy public place, let someone you trust know and check that the item matches the agreement before confirming receipt. Avoid posting your home address.
