EnTuVuelta connects someone who needs an item with an adult who already plans to travel along a suitable route. This can be within a city, between cities or between countries.
The platform helps both people find each other and clarify their agreement. EnTuVuelta does not sell goods, provide transportation, receive money or guarantee delivery.
1. Post what you need or the trip you are taking
If you need something, include the origin, destination, date, category, weight and a clear description. If you are traveling, post your route, dates and available space.

- Only post small items that can be identified and inspected.
- Do not post exact addresses, identity documents or other sensitive information.
2. Review the matches
EnTuVuelta compares the origin, destination, dates, category and weight. A match is a starting point: the traveler must always confirm that they can and want to take on the arrangement.
3. Put the agreement in writing
Before proceeding, use the private conversation to specify the item, who will buy it, its value, the currency, expenses, reward, payment method and delivery or cancellation terms.
4. Confirm progress and rate the experience
The traveler records the progress of the arrangement and the recipient confirms delivery. When the process is completed, both people can rate the experience to help build trust in the community.
